Indeed, if Mumbai is 'sapnon ki nagri' then Dilli is 'masti ke nagri'. Love the city's enthusiasm to celebrate festivals and have FUN!!!
I am not a very disc n pub kinda person and I'm literally dragged to these places. Prefer lounges and house parties to pubs :) But yes! I am aware that city has some of the best pubs in the country :)
